Comme beaucoup, (inutile de se voiler la face), je parcours vos sites\u00a0\u00bb pirates\u00a0\u00bb proposant en t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement gratuit des maquettes en papier qui, pour une grande majorit\u00e9, sont propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la vente par leurs \u00e9diteurs, mettant \u00e0 mal cette activit\u00e9. Mais cela n’est pas l’objet de mon propos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Le 16 aout 2017, Pierre a positionn\u00e9 sur son site:\u00a0 http:\/\/pierreg.free.fr\/carton\/projet\/myproj.htm, trois de mes derniers mod\u00e8les (l’A\u00e9rogyre, les Caudron C232 et C272) en en proposant les planches en t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement gratuit (comme tous les mod\u00e8les que nous cr\u00e9ons tous les deux d’ailleurs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Le 10 octobre 2017, les planches de ces 3 mod\u00e8les sont apparues sur le premier des trois sites pirates que je surveille http:\/\/only-paper.ru\/ soit 7 semaines apr\u00e8s la mise en ligne des mod\u00e8les par Pierre. Il est vrai que, volontairement, je n’avais pas indiqu\u00e9 la mise en ligne de ces mod\u00e8les dans les articles les concernant sur mon blog, ce \u00e0 quoi je rem\u00e9dierai la prochaine fois. Vous devez pouvoir faire mieux question r\u00e9activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Rendez vous compte, grace \u00e0 vous, de 35 visiteurs quotidiens en moyenne, mon blog a enregistr\u00e9 89 visites le 10 octobre (record absolu). Par contre au niveau des pages vues, il n’a \u00e9t\u00e9 que de 424 (record 494 le 16 aout 2017).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Que vous mettiez mes mod\u00e8les en ligne sur vos sites cela ne me d\u00e9range en rien.\u00a0 Ce que je vous reproche est votre manque de courtoisie, \u00e0 savoir proposer mes mod\u00e8les par une simple photo de ceux-ci, sans aucune indication de provenance, alors que, pour ces trois derniers mod\u00e8les, vous avez \u00e0 votre disposition la m\u00eame photo, mais agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e d’informations concernant mon activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Alors, Messieurs les pirates, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut d’honn\u00eatet\u00e9 intellectuelle, ayez un minimum de courtoisie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

As many people do (and sorry, there is no point in disguising this), I trawl your \u201cpirate\u201d sites, which offer free downloads of paper models.\u00a0 For most people, these are offered for sale by the publishers, and this gives the whole thing a bad name.\u00a0 But this is not my point.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00a0On the 16th<\/sup> of August, Pierre put on his site:\u00a0\u00a0http:\/\/pierreg.free.fr\/carton\/projet\/myproj.htm,<\/a> three of my latest models (l’A\u00e9rogyre, les Caudron C232 et C272) \u2013 while offering free downloads of the drawings (as we do with all the models we both create, anyway). <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0On the 10th<\/sup> of August 2017, the drawings of these 3 models appeared on the first of the three pirate sites that I monitor http:\/\/only-paper.ru\/<\/a>\u00a0which was 7 weeks after the up-date of the models by Pierre.\u00a0 Yes, I had not mentioned putting the articles about them on my blog, which I shall correct next time.\u00a0 You should be able to react more quickly. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00a0You must realise that, thanks to you, from an average of 35 visitors a day, my blog recorded 89 visits on the 10th<\/sup> of October (a record).\u00a0 On the other hand, when it comes to the number of pages seen, it was only 424 (the record was 494 on the 16th<\/sup> of August 2017). <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00a0It doesn\u2019t upset me at all that you put my models on line on your site.\u00a0 What I do criticize you of, however, is your lack of courtesy, in your putting forward my models with a simple photo, but without a single mention of their origin \u2013 whereas for these last three models, you have the same photo available, but enhanced with information about what I actually do. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00a0Therefore, as pirates, without any intellectual honesty, at least show a minimum of courtesy and good manners.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
