Difficile dans ce cas de le doter d&rsquo;une structure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour le repr\u00e9senter, j&rsquo;\u00e9carte le profil planche au pourtour simplement arrondi. J&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour un noyau profil\u00e9 sur lequel on appliquera le revetement. Le film de colle entre les deux carton mat\u00e9rialisera l&rsquo;axe de sym\u00e9trie et contribuera \u00e0 la rigidit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Une fois les noyaux de la d\u00e9rive et de la profondeur mis en forme, on en s\u00e9pare les parties mobiles. Le fil de cuivre est issu de bobinages de moteurs \u00e9lectriques et \u00e0 l&rsquo;avantage d\u2019\u00eatre beaucoup plus mall\u00e9able que le fil de laiton.<\/span>\u00a0 <br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Le fil de cuivre est coll\u00e9 dans les trous en laissant d\u00e9pass\u00e9 une longueur d&rsquo;une dizaine de mm tout au plus. Les trous sont perc\u00e9s en vis \u00e0 vis dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tambot et dans la face arri\u00e8re du plan fixe. Les gouvernes sont gliss\u00e9es et coll\u00e9es sur les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des fils de cuivre, ceux ci ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9alablement coud\u00e9s. A noter que si au niveau de la profondeur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont pratiquement jointifs, un jour subsiste au niveau de ceux de la direction, le bord d&rsquo;attaque de la d\u00e9rive n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas arrondi.
