C&rsquo;est du fractionnement de la surface portante en trois parties que le Triavion tire son nom.<br \/>Fut entrepris en 1924 la construction d&rsquo;un biplace de tourisme dont le premier vol eu lieu en 1926.<br \/>La recherche du maximum de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 se fit au d\u00e9triment de la maniabilit\u00e9. Les am\u00e9nagements pour les passagers \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement spartiates, les Bleriot 27 servirent plus particuli\u00e8rement pour le transport de fret. Le 3 juin 1921, suite \u00e0 une m\u00e9t\u00e9o ex\u00e9crable, le FCMAV fut contraint de se poser, en plein brouillard, dans une foret. Le pilote Malfanti, quoique s\u00e9rieusement bless\u00e9, sortit indemne de l&rsquo;accident, mais l&rsquo;appareil fut compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9truit. Cette m\u00e9saventure marqua l\u2019arr\u00eat de l&rsquo;exploitation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du Spad 27.<br \/>\u00a0La berline Spad 23, bien que moins rapide, transportait quatre passagers dans des conditions de confort bien sup\u00e9rieures. C&rsquo;est avec cet appareil que les Lignes A\u00e9riennes Lat\u00e9co\u00e8re assur\u00e8rent les premi\u00e8res liaisons a\u00e9riennes vers l&rsquo;Afrique du Nord, via l&rsquo;Espagne.<\/p><p>Le F-AFBD fut un de ceux-ci et connu une fin tragique en s&rsquo;\u00e9crasant sur les flancs de la Montagne Noire, au sud est de Toulouse, suite \u00e0 une m\u00e9t\u00e9o ex\u00e9crable.<\/p><div Le couple de renversement du rotor \u00e9tait annul\u00e9 par le souffle de l&rsquo;h\u00e9lice sur deux ailettes de chaque cot\u00e9 du fuselage. Puis , pendant le vol, le rotor \u00e9tait d\u00e9bray\u00e9 et l&rsquo;appareil devenait un autogyre. Ce fut donc le premier \u00ab\u00a0combin\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. avion exp\u00e9rimental issu du F 1000 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour battre le record d&rsquo;altitude.\u00a0 <br \/>Il fit son premier vol en juin 1935 et la tentative de record d\u00e9marra le 5 ao\u00fbt 1935, mais celle ci tourna au drame quand un des hublots de la cabine \u00e9tanche \u00e9clata \u00e0 10000 m\u00e8tres, provoquant une d\u00e9compression rapide qui
